Developers, handling their client issues, changes, revisions and all the other web related ad-hoc tasks that get farmed out

-Setup of hosting/email/databases/plugins...etc.

-Validation to W3C
-Cross-browser css work
-Xhtml/html ( hand coded ) ( also handle tables and inline-styles as required for email coding )
-Troubleshooting and handling of jobbed out client issues/requests
