Work Terms
Timeline
I had been in the business for over 7 years. As always, I do my very best to deliver your website or blog as soon as possible. An initial design is sent to you in about 48-72 hours after your project start date. Of course, these are based on average times and can change due to delay in communication, extra add-ons, etc.
Communication
I prefer to communicate via email, as it is my fastest method of contact. Once you contact me, you will get a response within 24-48 hours. It is very important, during the design phase, that we communicate often so that we can get your project finished as soon as possible.
I have the right to archived the project after two (2) months without communication from you. To resume and complete the project, you may need to fee 50% of the total package.
Payment and Refund
I only accept payments via PayPal or Cash (local clients ONLY). All payments are due up front prior to the project start date. A 50% deposit may be made to reserve your date on the calendar. Once an order or deposit is placed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. And that the remaining balance is due on/or before project launch.
Working Hours
My current working schedules are listed here as follows:
Mondays - Fridays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Saturdays (9:00 AM - 12:00 NN)
Above schedules apply except holidays and special occasions.
Browser Compatibility
All designs are tested and compatible with the latest browser versions of Google Chrome, IE, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
