I am known as an entrepreneurial financial professional and I have experienced a lot of success which includes:

- CFO of a global technology company which grew from annual sales of $200m to $1bn over a 6 year period.
- Supported 16 acquisitions in 10 years, providing valuation, due diligence and integration into planning and control framework.
- Designed and implemented flexible planning and control framework to support rapid, profitable growth.
- VP Finance of leading tier 1 supplier to automotive industry with sales of approximately $500m. Responsible for all aspects of financial management during the sale of the business to a new owner.
- Finance Director within a global railway transportation construction group.
- Finance Director of a global white goods group.

I am a British citizen resident in New Jersey USA. I am a Certified Global Management Accountant and have a BA in Economics.
