I'm fresher but i already work with different tools and databases . Tools like microsoft visual studio 2010, 2008, 2005 & net beans, Webspeare , microsoft sql, Mysql, oracle, & DB2.I competed a website as IBM project in JAVA .I also created a Insurance Renewal Management Tool using JAVA. I also create a Folder Locker application using .net.
I would like get paid on the basis of complexity of project rather than hourly basis.
