Personal Finance Clarity & Coordination

I help busy professionals understand their existing investments, clean up confusion, and manage all follow-ups and paperwork without selling them any products.

I used to work in wealth management at a reputed organization.
I’ve now started working independently with professionals who already have investments but feel confused by too many products, unclear explanations, and constant follow-ups.

I don’t sell anything- just help them understand what they already have and manage coordination end-to-end.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
• Limited Saturday availability for pre-scheduled sessions only
• No ad-hoc or emergency support outside agreed timelines

Payment Terms:
• All projects are prepaid via Guru SafePay
• For ongoing or monthly engagements, payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• Work begins only after payment confirmation
• Any work beyond agreed scope requires a revised agreement

Preferred Communication:
• Primary communication via Guru message board and email
• Scheduled video calls for reviews and walkthroughs
• Written summaries provided after key discussions
• No WhatsApp or unscheduled calls to ensure documentation and accuracy

Response Time:
• Messages responded to within 24 business hours
• Action items handled as per mutually agreed timelines
• Urgent requests prioritized only if defined in scope

Revisions & Follow-ups:
• Two rounds of clarification or revisions included per deliverable
• Ongoing follow-ups with banks, insurers, or advisors are tracked and documented
• External delays are communicated transparently

Confidentiality & Ethics:
• All client information is treated as strictly confidential
• I do not sell financial products, accept commissions, or receive referral incentives
• Services are limited to financial clarity, organization, coordination, and follow-ups only

Cancellation / Termination:
• Either party may discontinue with written notice
• Work completed till date will be delivered
• No retrospective refunds for completed work
