Work Terms

Working hours:
We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+8). Urgent requests can be accommodated upon agreement.

Communication:
We communicate via Guru, mail, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet). Regular updates and clear timelines are a core part of our workflow.

Project Scope & Proposals:
Every project begins with a clear scope and deliverables. We provide a detailed proposal outlining the timeline, milestones, and cost structure before the project starts.

Payment Terms:
- Fixed-price or milestone-based billing
- Payment methods as per Guru platform policies
- For larger projects, a 30–50% upfront deposit may be required

Confidentiality & NDAs:
For any projects, we’re happy to sign NDAs upon request and ensure all information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Delivery & Revisions:
Deliverables are provided on time and according to agreed-upon formats. Minor revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction. Major changes outside the scope may be subject to additional fees.

Collaboration:
