Work Terms
To ensure the highest quality results and a smooth creative process, I adhere to the following professional standards:
Payment & Security: All projects must be secured via Guru SafePay before work begins. For fixed-price contracts, funds are held in escrow for each predefined milestone. For ongoing hourly work, I utilize Guru’s Time Tracker to provide full transparency into billable hours.
Revision Policy: Every project includes 2 rounds of minor revisions (e.g., small tweaks to color, exposure, or cropping) to ensure the final product matches your vision. Major changes that deviate from the original project brief may be subject to additional fees or an hourly rate.
Feedback Timelines: To keep projects on schedule, please submit all revision requests in writing with specific image references within 7–14 days of delivery.
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery windows are established at the start of each agreement. Express turnaround is available for a surcharge depending on current workload and volume.
File Ownership & Rights: Upon final payment, full usage rights for the edited images are transferred to the client. I reserve the right to include edited works in my professional portfolio for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Communication: I prioritize clear, professional communication. All project discussions and file transfers should be maintained within the Guru WorkRoom to ensure a documented history for both parties.
