Greetings!
To best Illustrate how I like to work and what you should expect from me in terms of both Quality and Work Ethic, I will describe my ideal work plan with you.
- Final Hourly Rate/Contracted Amount will be set before work begins. Signed Agreements will must either be Scanned/Typed and emailed or sent by Mail to me before work can begin. All records of conversations, ie emails, phone call times, and any paperwork will be noted and/or preserved as a means of security for both my work and your product.
- Unless you wish to pay the full amount up front, which I am not against, I prefer to work on a 3 payment basis for all work.
30% up front. (Non Refundable).
30% at midway checkpoint (checkpoint will be defined in Signed Agreement)
40% upon completion.
(When payment is given, satisfaction with with the quality of that step is implied. I do not expect to be paid, except for the initial up front fee, without your satisfaction in the quality of the project at the midway and fin
