Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SAST), with flexibility for urgent projects or international time zones. Weekend availability can be arranged upon request.

Payment Terms: All projects are managed through Guru’s SafePay system for security. I accept milestone-based or hourly contracts, with clear agreements before work begins. Invoices are submitted promptly upon completion of deliverables.

Preferred Communication: I value clear, timely communication. I am comfortable using Guru’s messaging system or scheduled video calls for updates. Written instructions are preferred to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Turnaround & Deadlines: I pride myself on meeting deadlines with precision. Standard turnaround for transcription and editing projects is 24–48 hours, depending on length and complexity. Rush delivery can be accommodated.

Confidentiality: All client materials are handled with strict confidentiality. I ensure secure storage and never share sensitive information outside the project scope.
