Work Terms

Working Terms

Payment Terms
• Payments are to be made securely through Guru’s SafePay system for mutual protection.
• For fixed-price projects:
 A milestone or partial deposit is required before work begins.
 Remaining balance is due upon delivery and client approval.
• For hourly projects:
Billing is done weekly, based on hours worked and approved by the client.
• Invoices are transparent, and I provide status updates and progress reports as needed.

Preferred Communication Style
My preferred communication Guru’s messaging system for quick updates or clarifications.

• Communication hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (EAT)
• Response time: I typically reply within 1–3 hours on business days.
