Work Terms

To ensure a smooth, secure, and professional collaboration, I operate under the following work terms:

1. SafePay Escrow Requirement: I only begin writing once a project milestone is fully funded in Guru's SafePay escrow system. Work is paused if the next milestone is unfunded.

2. Project Milestone Structure: Multi-chapter projects and full novels are broken down into manageable milestones (by chapter batches or word count goals) so you can review my progress step-by-step.

3. Revisions & Feedback: Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (such as tone tweaks, factual adjustments, or line edits). Revisions must be requested within 7 days of milestone delivery. Major plot or outline changes after text generation will require a separate custom quote.

4. 100% Intellectual Property Transfer: Upon the final release of payment for a milestone, all commercial rights, copyrights, and intellectual property of the text transfer to you completely.

5. Communication & Tools: I provide regular weekly updates. All project communication, file deliveries (via view-only Google Docs links), and payments must remain strictly within the Guru platform to comply with Terms of Service.
