Work Terms

Outside of work I’m into enduro riding. It’s not something you do casually, you either go deep or you don’t last. I got into it because I like figuring things out under pressure, rough terrain, unpredictable conditions, constant adjustments. Over time it became less about riding and more about control, consistency, and pushing limits without breaking things.

Same mindset I apply to work. I don’t need to be managed step by step, I take ownership and move things forward. If something is unclear, I figure it out. If something breaks, I fix it and make sure it doesn’t break again.
