In 2008, Snap-Saver successfully exited by licensing its intellectual property to market share leader in product category. As CFO, filed IPO for a company that developed and introduced the first smart vending machine. Initially technology was used to sell scratch-off lottery tickets and phone cards, subsequently becoming ubiquitous. Eventually this technology gave rise to the Red Box. During this period of time, as International COO, established manufacturing operations in Hungary. Before that, re-positioned consumer electronics operation to a car stereo and alarm retail boutique which outlasted the invasion of the "Big Box" companies, The Good Guys and Circuit City and continues to operate successfully under the same business model today as a part of Al & Ed's Autosound. Early in his career, was part of top management teams that designed and produced the world's first unmanned, underwater vehicles.
