Mr Rajesh S Shirakol and Ms Nidhi shetti expert in their fields of Structural Design and Operations respectively, joined hands in Oct 2018 to form this company and within no time got projects from some of the well known developers from Bangalore. Mr Rajesh is an MTech from IIT Kharagpur having an experience of more than 2 decades in the industry and have worked with Sobha group as Sr.Vice President for 5 years. Strong believer of process-based system implementation and documentation, he comes with an expertise in BIM, Earthquake resistant designs/detailing, deep Excavation, Multiple systems like core, core-in-core, shear wall, Hybrid Buildings, RCC, Structural steel, Pre-stressed & Composite structures

Ms Nidhi is a post graduate in Advance Construction Mangement from NICMAR, Pune and have more than a decade of experience in Total Project management, Project Operations, Project cost control to name a few. She has delivered various residential and commercial projects including, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Bengaluru.

Our very specialised, in-house talent pool comprising of Engineers & Technocrats from the structural and the construction engineering industry can provide holistic solutions under-one-roof making us distinctive.

We offer specialised Structural Engineering Services to the Real estate and Infrastructure sectors, Structural Rehabilitation Services and Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules.

In addition to the above, RREN is also involved in offering trainings in the structural design software too.
