I am an organization development consultant, behavioural trainer and coach.
Rukmini Iyer is an organization development consultant, behavioural trainer and coach. She has around fourteen years of experience in the Asian markets and is currently based in Mumbai, India. She heads her proprietary firm Exult! Solutions and is also a freelance writer and public speaker on topics related to management and metaphysics.
Exult! Solutions was founded in 2008 and offers consulting services in the organization development space as well as coaching, apart from workshops and seminars on behaviour and leadership related subjects.
Rukmini is actively involved with several clients as a consultant in areas including organizational restructuring, development and implementation of competency maps, coaching, training and aligning HR processes with business strategy. Appreciative Inquiry, conflict resolution and non-violent communication are major themes in her work area. She is also an Advanced NLP Practitioner.
In the past, Rukmini was employed with top organizations and academic institutions in India and Singapore in mid-management and leadership roles. Academically, she has Master’s degrees in Industrial Psychology as well as Management after a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University. Currently she is pursuing a fellowship programme from the World Human Resource Board (WHRB). She regularly undertakes certification courses in human development related areas including human conscious and unconscious process labs.
Rukmini belongs to the prestigious Mensa International, which is a society of individuals who rank in the top two percentile of the world population in terms of intelligence quotient. She is also a certified PhotoReader from Learning Strategies Corporation, USA. She has been actively involved as a community leader with the Toastmasters International and Rotaract International groups.
