1. Hours of Operation (Time Zone: IST - Indian Standard Time)
Availability: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Response Time: I commit to responding to all project-related communications within 12 hours during business days.
2. Communication Style
Preferred Channels: Email (for formal documents/updates) and Platform Chat (for quick, daily queries).
Meetings: Available for scheduled video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) for project kick-offs, weekly updates, or strategy sessions. I recommend a brief weekly sync-up to ensure alignment.
3. Payment Terms
Hourly Projects: Invoicing will be done weekly through the freelance platform, based on tracked hours.
Fixed-Price Projects: Payment structure typically follows: 50% upfront to begin work, 50% upon final project completion and client approval.
Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the fixed-price projects. Any scope creep or major changes will be discussed and potentially invoiced separately.
4. Deliverables
I require clear access to necessary accounts (Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hosting, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and setup.
