RushmoreWrites is a family business comprised of a mother and daughter with other members of the family contributing their expertise as needed. We have nearly 14 years of experience researching, writing, and editing. Both of us have education degrees, one is elementary and the other is secondary science, so we are well situated to deal with education topics and to write curriculum and all types of how-to guides. One of us is a full-time editor and developer of professional development for an education nonprofit. Both of us have extensive dog training and animal care experience. One of us trained horses and works full-time for a veterinary practice. We are meticulous researchers and enjoy learning about new topics.
A new member of our team is Timothy Rushmore, a website developer with various types of websites to his credit.

Work Terms
Agreement: We will sign a simple contract agreement, outlining responsibilities, time frames, milestones, dates, and investment.
Terms: All jobs are different, so quotes will be made per project. Small or short-term assignments (2 weeks or less) may be quoted on a Flat Rate basis. Longer projects may warrant hourly rates. One-third to one-half will be due up front with the balance paid at checkpoints or milestones agreed upon in the contract.
Revisions: One revision (not total re-work) is included in any contracted price. Additional revisions will be billed on an hourly rate. Additional services (such as layout or graphics for a writing project) may be billed separately.
