With over 18 years of high-impact experience in the corporate and entrepreneurial ecosystems, I am multidimensional, conscientious, people-centric transformational leader recognized for re-engineering business processes and driving exponential revenue growth through my people-first, value-based & principled leadership styles. As a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, I bridge the gap between data-led analytical thinking and pioneering market solutions, consistently turning nascent ideas into profitable, market-leading ventures. My career has been defined by a "Pioneer First" mindset. At CIC Group PLC, Kenya, I didn't just manage branches; I revolutionized them—leading the Nairobi Westlands Branch to become the most profitable in the group and successfully piloting the company’s first Virtual Branch, which generated over 300m in revenue within its first four months. By appointment of the Executive leadership, I led a think-tank of teams drawn from across the Group, that was mandated to generate and explore innovative products, systems and processes that had the potential of making the entity more efficient, but also a household name for innovation in the industry.
I am presently developing my proficiency in innovation management and entrepreneurship in the challenging but exciting world of modular construction, an alternative building method, & fashion via my enterprises: Lydia’s Purple Legacy Ltd, a modesty inspired clothing brand & Issachar Dimensions Ltd, a multi-faceted consultancy.
