My process is built around speed-to-clarity. Engagements start with a 60-minute kickoff, then structured discovery (document review, stakeholder interviews, site walk or video audit). I deliver a written diagnostic within 10 business days. For 90-day transformations, we agree on 3 measurable outcomes at kickoff, gating progress every 30 days. Fractional engagements run on a monthly retainer — 3-month minimum, 30-day exit clause.

Work Terms

Engagement types:

Diagnostic sprint (1-2 weeks) — fixed fee, written scope upfront. Typical USD 2,000-5,000. Output: written diagnostic, prioritized recommendations, 90-day roadmap.
90-day transformation — milestone billing in three payments. Typical USD 12,000-25,000. Targets agreed upfront; final invoice adjusts if missed.
Fractional executive (interim COO / CSO / Strategy Director) — monthly retainer, 3-month minimum. Typical USD 4,000-8,000 per month.
M&A and board advisory — due diligence and integration. Daily or weekly rate, NDA-first, deal-room experienced.
Payment and contracts:

50% deposit on confirmation, balance on milestone or delivery.
Platform escrow preferred (Malt, Contra, Upwork, Toptal); bank transfer for direct contracts.
Net-7 retainers, Net-15 fixed-fee. Signed SOW and mutual NDA on every engagement.
Communication:

Platform messaging; weekly written status for retainers.
Async across GMT+8 (Malaysia); reply within 4 business hours, 9:00-18:00 MYT.

Scope, change control, exit:

Out-of-scope quoted separately before any work begins.
