Work Terms
Hourly and flat fee arrangements are fine with me. I will set up payment milestones and bill when those are reached. Depending on the project I may ask for a down payment.
As a guarantee of my work and deadlines, if I do not meet a deadline, you will get 20% off the price of that milestone.
