Private Disney planning consultations are offered Tuesday–Thursday, 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM (EST), by scheduled appointment only.

Appointments are intentionally limited to ensure each client receives dedicated, customized planning support.

Availability is updated weekly. Follow-up support is provided within 24–48 business hours.
