I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Onward Technologies Limited, a role I took on in July 2024. My expertise includes 3D modelling, manufacturing drawings, baseline FEA, and engineering change management, supported by a strong command of tools like Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Engineer at TechMahindra, where I specialized in 1-D simulations using AMESim, conducting baseline FEA analysis, and implementing GD&T-compliant designs with precise tolerance stack-up analysis. I was responsible for engineering change orders (ECO/ECR) and delivering optimized CAD designs to meet stringent manufacturing requirements.
Earlier in my career at Omega Engineers, I led the design and development of special-purpose machines for automation industries. My portfolio includes projects like the Leakage Testing Machine, Garbage Crushing Machine, and Wire Drawing Machine. I also excelled in jigs, fixtures, sheet metal design, and injection molding, ensuring high precision and manufacturability.
I hold a Master Diploma in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre, Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PESCOE, Aurangabad.
