🕒 Hours of Operation:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)

Sunday: Closed (Available for urgent communication if pre-scheduled)

Flexible timing available for international clients upon request.

💰 Payment Terms:

50% advance before project initiation, 50% upon completion & approval.

For milestone-based projects, payments are released as per agreed stages.

All payments must be made through the official platform or agreed secure method.

Final files (print-ready, source files, etc.) are delivered after full payment.

📞 Communication Style:

Preferred channels: Chat (Fiverr/Upwork), Email, or WhatsApp (for active clients).

Response time: Within 2–6 hours during working days.

Project updates shared regularly to ensure transparency and smooth workflow.

Video or voice meetings can be scheduled for major revisions or brand discussions.

🧾 Revisions & Delivery:

Includes up to 3 free revisions (minor edits).

Extra revisions or major concept changes are chargeable.

All deliverables are shared in high-quality formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, etc.) as required.
