Key responsibilities:
• Prepare an industry report covering a global scenario including overview, market size, key trends, key drivers, cost structures, competitive landscape and analyzing the position of key players
• Prepare a report to analyze the company's business, operations, financials, management and capital market perception including report on brokers rating, valuation analysis, SWOT analysis and annotated stock charts.
• Precedent transaction case study and transaction analysis to analyze the valuation of historical mergers & acquisition deals and sector specific deals.
• Also involved in preparing reports to have a detailed analysis of a company and the industry it operates to evaluate its competitive position and strength. As well as detailed study of the market it operates
• To lead the pilot projects and manage & scope the project within the team.
• To conduct Quality Check of the work done by the Research Analyst; the research done is secondary, and qualitative & quantitative in nature.
• Knowledge of Databases including 10K Wizard, Bloomberg, Factset, Factiva, Hoovers, Reuters, OneSource, Thomson Financial, CapitalIQ, etc.
• Prepare course modules on various financial topics such as stock market for Copal Institute, is the training arm of Copal Partners
