Human Resource and pubic relation officer

• Understanding and analyzing organizational requirements to bring in best suited
candidates on board.
• Compensation
• Performing various recruitment related formalities, before and after the joining of the candidate.
• Initiating HR Programs& Strategies, develop, implement & monitor
• Initiating HR Policies- Attendance, leave, induction, separations, promotions, performance review
• Employee Development- Training & Workshops
• Maintenance and verification of employee’s documents, certificates, and other credentials.
• Conducting frequent feedback sessions with employees to shelter employee’s welfare.
• Assisting and working closely with finance department for employee’s payouts.
• Making sure of positive work environment by accommodating fun at work concept with various fun engagement activities for employees
• Coordinating with various departments in the organization for employee related concerns.
• Conducting induction session for the new recruits.
• Payroll Management
• Travel Management
• Employee grievances
• Oversee & manage performance management

Work Terms

50 hrs per week, daily payment or weekly or as per the company plans, mode of communication is english.
