I am an expert Civil Engineer with more than ten years of experience in structural design and building estimation.

I have completed projects that range from as small residential to commercial steel buildings. I am Expert in numerous structural analysis programs including ETAB, STAAD and SAP. I am also proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

I am an expert Estimator who has worked on an estimated various complex civil projects, with over 10 years in construction estimation and quantity survey and takeoff with diversified experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, institutional, medical, multi and single family residential projects.

My specialties are in structure design and analysis, estimations, and quantity takeoffs. I also have other skills such as design architecture 3D design, 3D modeling, and technical drawings.

Bluebeam advantage: you can search for text and symbols in your drawing. It will catch symbols then highlight them, count them, and much more. Its markups list provides an easy way to keep track of all of your markups in an interactive spreadsheet-style interface that you can sort and filter.

Revit advantage: The ability to see every exposed surface in a building design - walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs - in and outside. You will see everything before it’s built. Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Revit reduces errors and omissions reduce time and cost in the design phase.
