Work Terms

✅ Availability:
We are a dedicated 5-member team available Monday–Saturday (EST-friendly hours) to support U.S. CPA firms and small businesses.

✅ Engagement Models:

Hourly – For bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ongoing tasks.

Fixed Price (Per Return) – For tax preparation (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120).

Monthly Retainer – For firms seeking full back-office support.

✅ Payment Terms:

Payments via Guru SafePay (preferred).

For large/recurring projects, bi-weekly invoicing can be arranged.

✅ Communication:

Available via Guru messages, email, Zoom, or Skype/Google Meet.

Regular updates and reports will be shared to ensure transparency.

✅ Confidentiality & Data Security:

NDA & confidentiality agreements signed upon request.

Secure file sharing via Dropbox, Google Drive, or client portals.
