Work Terms

Revisions:
2 rounds of revisions included per package. Additional revisions billed at $15–20/hr, discussed and approved before any extra work begins.
Payment Terms:
Milestone-based payment preferred for larger projects (50% upfront to begin work, 50% on completion before final handover). For smaller/fixed-price packages, full payment upfront. SafePay through Guru.com only, no outside payment requests, ever.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard WordPress/Elementor site: 5–7 business days for a basic 5-page website; 10–14 business days for eCommerce or custom-feature-heavy projects, depending on complexity. Rush delivery available on request (may include a 20–30% additional fee).
Post-Launch Support:
14 days of free bug-fix support after project delivery (covers issues directly related to the build, not new feature requests). Ongoing maintenance packages available separately, starting from $50/month for updates, backups, and security monitoring.
What I need from you to start:
Content (text, images, logo), brand guidelines (if any), hosting/domain access (if applicable), and a clear list of required pages/features. If you don't have everything ready, I can guide you through what's needed; this usually doesn't delay the start much.
Scope Changes:
Any request outside the original agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before work begins, no surprise charges, ever. I'll always confirm with you first.
