Designed and deployed highly available Citrix and VMware solutions which span across multiple datacenters utilizing NetScaler VPX/MPX/SDX HA pairs and multiple XenDesktop FMA sites on VMware HA and DRS clusters leveraging SAN replication and vCenter SRM. I have configured NetScaler for Load Balancing, Access Gateway, AAA (Group Extraction), SSL Offload and SSL Proxy. I’ve configured Microsoft SQL Clustering and Mirroring (2008R2/2012R2) along with DFS clustering and DRS-R WAN replication of UPM and user data to passive data centers to ensure seamless failover of production workloads. I’ve configured vSphere HA, Distributing Switching (vDS), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) with Admission Control and Fault Tolerance (FT) in mind. I've deployed Wyse Zero/Thin clients across multiple sites and subnets with a centralized WDM (Wyse Device Manager) while Load Balancing the Wyse stateless configuration leveraging NetScaler GSLB, Content Switching and Responder Policies for a truly highly available Citrix XenDesktop VDI solution. I'm certified and experienced in architecting VMware vSphere ESXi 4/5.x, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop 7.x and NetScaler 9/10.x HA/DR solutions.
