Started working since after my high secondary school completion. Started my career as teacher teaching English, Hindi and gradually developed myself to be a Coordinator for whole of Upper Kinder Garten managing 240 children, 10 teachers and all their end to end details.
Had been providing part time training in Abacus and Spoke English for College Students, house wives, working men/women as part of a leading Academies in South India.
Joined a Dutch based Publishing company and enjoyed working there for almost 8+ years in diverse roles more into Lean Six Sigma projects mentoring.
I enjoy learning new things and taking different challenges. I used to stitch my dresses earlier, regaining the interest after a 3 years gap.
I love travelling, meeting people, helping them improve
Being a perfectionist, I would like to bring in some structure to everything that I pick up to work on

Further clarifications, understanding, getting into common consensus and Project initiation sign off will be part of this discussion. The time required for completing the project will be agreed and I will ensure I complete the project by the agreed timelines.
