I’m an Interior Design student and Proposal Writer with experience in both design and construction.

I help interior designers, architects, and contractors win projects by writing professional proposals and creating design documentation that’s clear, creative, and technical.

What I do:
**Interior Design:**
- Concept development, moodboards, and material selection
- 3D visualization ideas and space planning
- Client presentations and design proposals

**Construction & Documentation:**
- Technical proposals for carpentry, glazing, roofing, and finishes
- Scope of Work, Methodology, Timeline, and Budget writing
- Site reports and project documentation

Work Terms

**Hours:** Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm GMT. I reply to messages within 4 hours.

**Payment Terms:** 50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery via Guru SafePay.

**Communication:** I prefer WhatsApp, and Guru Chat for quick updates and file sharing.

**Process:**
1. We discuss your project details
2. I send first draft in 2-3 days
3. 2 rounds of revisions included
