I am a Consultant Psychiatrist who has experience in the field of counselling. I work with a range of issues from depression, anxiety and stress reduction to relationship difficulties and anger management (in particular). My passion is to support children and young people develop into good citizens through a variety of psychological interventions. My focus is on supporting individual clients as they strive towards becoming the best version of themselves. The therapeutic relationship helps people understand and be at peace in difficult situations
