With over 10 years of experience and a background leading full-package development services, I have worked directly with national and international brands and designers, taking full responsibility for the product development process. This includes pattern making, sample development, technical documentation, and production support. I don’t work as an isolated executor — I manage the technical process as a whole, making real decisions about fit, construction, and production viability to ensure garments move forward without unnecessary rework or costly mistakes.
A key part of my work is preventing one of the most common frustrations in fashion development: receiving a sample that doesn’t reflect the original design. For this reason, my approach goes beyond creating patterns or technical files. I focus on accurately translating design intent into shapes, proportions, construction details, and measurements that factories can clearly understand and execute.
My hands-on experience with real production workflows allows me to anticipate issues before they appear in the sample stage, reduce unnecessary fitting rounds, and help achieve a first prototype that is much closer to the designer’s vision. The goal is always the same: technical clarity, alignment between design and sample, and a smoother, more reliable development process.
Work Terms
I work with a structured and transparent process. Before starting any project, I require all relevant information to be clearly defined and shared, including design references, intended fit, target market, sizing range, and construction expectations. The quality and completeness of the initial information directly impact the technical accuracy of the final deliverables and help prevent delays or unnecessary revisions.
I prefer working with fixed-price agreements based on a clearly defined scope, as this allows better planning, realistic timelines, and focused execution. However, I am open to hourly work when the project requires ongoing technical support, fit analysis, or iterative development.
My working hours are flexible and aligned with international clients. I respond to messages within one business day and value clear, direct communication. Written communication through the platform is preferred to ensure clarity, proper documentation, and smooth collaboration throughout the project.
