Writing & Editing with Communication

My name is Sarina Bosco.

I'm currently a full-time student finishing up a degree in English. I've always had an affinity for language and communication. Throughout my college experience I've had the opportunity to tutor students in various disciplines, and it has allowed me to work with format and editing in many different areas.
My minor in Communication has also given me the experience of working with different audiences and ways to present information depending on that - I'd be happy to share any academic resources, examples, or contacts if needed.

When not in classes or working, I write. My genres of choice are mainly creative non-fiction and poetry, although I like to cross boundaries and create interesting combinations. Although I had the opportunity to pursue creative writing in school, I felt that I could pursue it just as comfortably outside of an academic setting. You can find my published work at:

Given my experience in writing and editing, I'm open to discussing the specifics needed in potential jobs. Although editing involves a lot of technical aspects there area always people behind the writing, and I want to create communication as well as a piece that works.
