Our story started with an idea of starting up a new tech blog rolled over the geek's mind with a name 'Ask Me For A Solution'. The theme of the blog was thought to be answering visitor's technical queries. But the internal intention of choosing this kind of niche for a tech blog was to learn from those practical queries asked by visitors of the blog. Blogging has become a part of the campaign and it won appreciation of visitors in a very period of its evolution. The fame brought visitors rush to million count. Thus, Ask Me For A Solution has crossed its first success milestone in existence.

Turning into butterfly

The success and appreciation boosted up the evolution of Ask Me For A Solution. The founders wanted to take it to next level. New services are introduced and established a new business with a new name branding 'Amfas Tech'. Thus Ask Me For A Solution evolved into 'Amfas Tech' with a new branding name and innovated theme. The blog turned into a official business webpage offering quality services.

The website was initially run by only one geek, the founder of the organization Mr.Sasidhar Kareti himself. His best pal, Mr. Venu Bhudevi accompanied him in the mission after a while. Later talented people were hired as technical content writers shortly known as TCWs by the Amfas Tech family. As to build competitive environment among the TCWs, and to safeguard the theme of practical learning, the most of revenue that come on the website from ad campaign programs like Google Adsense was shared among the TCWs according to their work efficiency. The job evaluation procedures of TCWs are made transparent to them. This act of honesty increased our personnel's trust in the organization and earned their best in their work.
