Making it Happen for the Customer to flourish and then all around me.
I am a Mechanical Engineer. My experience is in Quality Management Functions and Project Management in a Heavy Engineering Industry in the South India. I have used IT to maximize benefits for my organization. I always work hard with a mission of Making it Happen. My hobbies are computer usage and internet apart from reading. Based on these experience I propose to take up work in the following 3 areas.
3d Graphics:
During my employment, I prepared a large number of graphics and Charts using various tools like Visio, ABC Graphics, Microsoft Paint, and Sketchup. These were made for presentations, Machinery layouts, designing machines, etc. Sketchup 3D is my popular and favorite Graphic tool. Also, as a leisure, I use Sketch up to make 3D Images of House and Household gadgets.
The use of 3D graphics has speeded up projects due to ease of visualization, elimination of Interference, and easy understanding of drawings and objects.
Presentations:
During my tenure, in the organization I worked for, I prepared 100s of presentations. I used Texts, Pictures, Charts, Graphics, Videos, Sounds and animations in the presentations. Most presentations are made using Microsoft PowerPoint. Graphics are made using Paint, Charting Tools, Sketch-up 3D etc.
The presentations were made for implementing Quality Management system and documentation, Project management and also in documenting business excellence initiatives and result reviews. These were to disseminate Technical requirements, action plans, results and reasons to various groups in the organization.
Technical Writing, Editing, and Proofreading:
My work in this topic consisted of areas like Manufacturing process planning, Technical specifications for procurement of materials and equipment, Quality Management system, Business excellence initiatives. Reviewing and approving Technical documents of other functions and of other companies as
suppliers and customers add to the capability of editing and
proofreading.
Work Terms
I can work for 30 Hours a week at the rate of $20/hour. However, this rate and time of work are negotiable. My main preferred mode of communication is e-Mail. However, I can participate in discussions through other modes like Skype, Facetime or telephone.
