Work Terms
Payment terms: Guru hourly and fixed cost with an advance and the final payments (15-20%) and the intermediate payments are based on Milestone payments based on modular deliveries as per the project Plan. The contract service agreement includes the final proposal having clear deliveries based milestones, Assumptions, support period along with standard business terms.
