Client feedback is welcomed and implemented through structured revision rounds.

Each project includes up to 2–3 free revisions (depending on scope).

Additional revisions can be accommodated at a reasonable hourly/project rate.

🔹 Turnaround Time

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days for most video edits and animations.

Complex VFX or long-format projects may require more time, which will be discussed upfront.

🔹 Payment Terms

Payments are secured through Guru SafePay for transparency and trust.

Projects are milestone-based:

50% upfront to begin work.

50% upon final delivery/approval.

For larger projects, milestone splits can be customized.
