Work Terms

Payment & Project Terms:

2. Hourly Engagements: Online training and corporate consulting sessions are billed at my standard hourly rate, managed securely through Guru's automated invoice tool.
3. Secure Escrow: All project funds must be safely funded into the Guru Safepay escrow system before work begins to guarantee payment security for both parties.

Communication & Delivery:
• All training sessions, document reviews, and project meetings will be conducted remotely via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
• Project updates and draft reviews are shared entirely via digital file exchanges through the Guru workroom dashboard.

Tax Compliance:
• As an offshore independent contractor operating from India, I will provide a completed standard US tax form W-8BEN for compliance purposes, meaning clients incur no local employment tax or payroll overhead.
