When on a job Works fast with good coding,. Could do with more thorough user testing to iron out obvious bugs like formatting issues. Needs guidance re design and creative side as these don't come naturally especially with a modern designed site where formatting and maintaining original look and feel is important. Overall positive, good functionality but with some room for improvement too.
