Savi Design was born when architect Andrea Vicente returned from Spain after completing a Master’s degree in Architecture and Interior Design. Upon reuniting with her aunt, architect Cecilia Santistevan — who brings over 20 years of industry experience — they began to talk about their shared passion for architecture and design.
What began as a simple reunion turned into a deep and inspiring conversation, during which they realized they had a common dream: to elevate design in their country, to work independently, and to combine their knowledge to contribute ideas, functionality, and awareness to the world of architecture and interiors.
This is how a purpose-driven project was born, built on a shared vision of creating integrated architecture — not limited to isolated designs, but encompassing everything from the big picture to the smallest details, always with the goal of improving the quality of life for those who inhabit the spaces.

Work Terms

At Savi Design, we are dedicated to delivering thoughtful, functional, and high-quality architectural and interior design solutions.
We operate on an 8-hour daily schedule, which includes one administrative meeting and approximately three internal team meetings per day. This structure allows us to ensure continuous and detailed follow-up on each of our ongoing projects.
Our hourly rate is $45 USD, and this investment includes a comprehensive service that covers every phase and detail of a project. Among our key deliverables:
• Functional layout design focused on optimizing user circulation and spatial efficiency
• Custom furniture design aligned with the overall aesthetic and practical needs of the space
• 3D visualizations and high-quality renders to help clients clearly envision the final result
• Technical and construction details essential for accurate execution on-site
