Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for consultations and work sessions Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. I am not available on weekends or major holidays.

Payment Terms:
I charge a flat fee for my services and require payment upfront before beginning any work. I accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer. If additional work is requested outside the scope of the original agreement, I will discuss any additional fees with the client before proceeding.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate via email or messaging, but I am also available for scheduled phone or video calls as needed. I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during weekdays. If there is a deadline or urgent matter, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
