In later work with Court and Social Services in the Cities I helped navigate times of crises and uncertainty in the lives of teens and their families. From weekend staffer to case manager, program director and then COO I successfully navigated the company through the unsure paths and waters of client, staff, Board, Community and Government agency relations always working to bring everybody “safely home.”
As a Fitness expert I have continued to assist individuals and groups in navigating their way to improving health. I guide people on an action orientated path of respecting the challenge but not fearing the journey.
