About

Python automation, data cleanup, and geospatial workflows

I’m a software developer and systems professional with experience in Python automation, data processing, GIS, geocoding, Linux systems, databases, and large-scale data pipelines.

I enjoy solving practical problems: cleaning messy data, automating repetitive workflows, converting and validating files, building small utilities, and making technical processes more reliable and easier to maintain.

My background includes software development, systems administration, infrastructure, and geospatial data work. I’ve worked with everything from small one-off scripts to large production datasets containing hundreds of millions of records.

I focus on clearly scoped work, careful handling of source data, useful error reporting, and deliverables that another person can actually understand and reuse.

I’m comfortable with small projects and one-off fixes, as well as larger automation or data-processing work when the scope is a good fit.

Work Terms

I’m available for hourly or fixed-price projects.

I prefer clearly defined deliverables and straightforward communication. For fixed-price work, I’m happy to agree on scope and milestones before beginning.

I typically communicate through Guru messages and provide progress updates as needed. Source files are preserved unless otherwise requested, and completed work includes basic usage notes or documentation when appropriate.

Small, well-scoped projects are welcome.
