My Self Selvakumar, I am a mechanical engineer with diploma first and then degree in Mechanical engineering. My industrial experience is 14 years — in engineering design and development along with few other related subdomains.
Authorized certification for- Cero (Pro-E), SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX (UG/UniGraphics). SolidEdge experience is gained through house training. Field experience in SPM, Hydraulics, Health Care, Personal Care, FMCG - Packaging, Medical Device manufacturing, Oil & Gas (upstream) and Pneumatics Systems.

A1) Engineering Design: (This design billing Starts from 35 USD/hour)
Several projects completed in product design and development, R&D, concept design, reverse engineering, mock-up and prototype.
Output file formats STL, STEP, DWG, IGES, PDF, 3D-PDF, CSV, Excel & Doc etc.in 2D and 3D files.
Most of my work experience is in ASME Standard only.

A2) New Technology Design: (This Billing Start from 50 USD/Hour)
1)For the new Generation manufacturing supported 3D modeling for 3D printing (SLA/SLS/FDM) is largely different from the conventional method.
(Please Note: Let me know during the time of project granting period itself. This can save you several thousands/hundreds of dollars during the 3D printing phase.)
2) We provide real scale 3D modeling for AR/VR/Digital-Twins objects, This part are suitable for Unity or Blender software programs.
3) The most advance Laser Scan data can be converted into 3D models or 2D drawings. By using the Cloud point data conversion or trace design technique also possible.

Work Terms

20 % - During the time of project approval. 40% - During the 50% of completion and 40% - Completion 100% status.
