Workover, Completion and Well Interventions Subject Matter Expert with English-Russian translation skills

Teacher by nature, and a seasoned engineer and result-yielding manager in oil and gas industry, I know how to lead the teams of engineers and technicians to plan, design, and execute workover, completion, and intervention operations in oil and gas wells. With over 3 decades of experience in the E&P industry across 8 countries, I have worked in various field-based and office-based roles, at first gaining valuable skills and knowledge in well engineering, project management, and safety leadership, and then - coaching younger generation of E&P professionals.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality results while ensuring the highest standards of HSSE and operational excellence. Under my supervision, my department has achieved remarkable milestones, such as years-long workover campaigns and well intervention activities without LTI. I am also a certified Oil & Gas OSH Professional and ISO 9001:2008 QMS Lead Auditor, and a recognized mentor and coach within the industry. My mission is to inspire, empower, and develop the next generation of well engineers and managers.

Work Terms

My 36 years experience that lead me to the level of SME might be needed for the projects that would require remote support and / or occasional short term trips related to audits (safety, quality, operational), investigations and troubleshooting, special projects advisory support, training or competencies assessment of well operations personnel.
