Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Friday –Thursday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (GMT+6). Weekend support available for urgent projects.

Payment Terms: 50% upfront to start the project and 50% after final approval before file delivery. Small projects may require full upfront payment.

Project Scope: Clear design references, tech pack, measurements, or inspiration images should be provided before starting the project.

Delivery Time: Depends on project complexity. Estimated timeline will be confirmed before project commencement.

Revisions: Minor revisions are included to ensure proper garment fit and design accuracy. Major changes may require additional cost.

File Formats: Final files can be delivered in DXF, PDF, AI, CLO3D, or other required formats.

Communication: Preferred communication via Email or WhatsApp for quick updates and smooth project coordination.

Confidentiality: All client designs and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
