I am a COA-registered Architect with over three years of professional experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination for residential and small commercial projects. My work focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and practical drawings that support both design intent and smooth project execution.
I specialize in preparing architectural working drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, layout revisions, and construction details. I also provide 3D modeling and visualization to help clients better understand spatial design and project outcomes. My technical skills include AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and PDF markup tools such as Foxit/Adobe Acrobat.
My professional experience includes design development, statutory documentation, and coordination with engineers, consultants, and site teams. I currently have site-based experience in the UAE, which has strengthened my understanding of construction workflows, materials, and execution requirements. This practical exposure helps me produce drawings that are not only accurate but also realistic and buildable.

Work Terms
Availability & Working Hours:
Available for both short-term and long-term projects. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GST), Monday to Saturday. I can adjust my schedule when required to meet urgent deadlines.
Project Process:
Work begins after the project scope, reference files, and requirements are clearly shared. Initial drafts will be provided for review, followed by revisions based on client feedback. I ensure all drawings are accurate, organized, and delivered as per project standards.
Turnaround Time:
Delivery time depends on project size and complexity. Small drafting or revision tasks are typically completed within 1–3 days. Larger projects will be scheduled with agreed milestones to ensure timely progress and delivery.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, milestones will be defined and SafePay funding is preferred before starting work. Hourly projects will be tracked through Guru’s WorkRoom. Any additional scope or major changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Communication:
Preferred communication through Guru messages or email. Online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) can be arranged if required. Regular updates will be shared to maintain transparency and ensure smooth coordination.
File Delivery:
Deliverables can be provided in required formats such as DWG, PDF, SKP, JPG, or other requested formats.
