I'm an American in Spain who is into telling great stories and helping businesses use English to communicate with the world.
I started my career as a journalist, covering political, financial and technology news in Ohio, before coming to Madrid to do a top MBA at IE Business School in 2010. Since then I have been working on communication and marketing initiatives at companies that want to expand or maintain their business internationally.

I love technology, innovation and learning new things. These are a few of the things I can do with a computer:
- Design print layouts and edit photos, vectors, audio, and video using the entire Adobe Creative Suite, and any other publishing or editing software.
- Organize and manipulate data with Excel or Google Spreadsheets, to gain insight or make my work more efficient.
- Configure tools like Hootsuite and Sprout to plan and streamline social media content. I've also done some configuring of customer support and CRM software.
- Type more than 90 words per minute. I consider it one of the most valuable skills I ever acquired!
