    Shahzad was quick to respond, helped troubleshoot and identify that QoS will not fix our issue, and willing to get on the phone with our vendors to help us through our voice quality woes. The vendors have since identified issues with their configuration and are making adjustments that will be tested shortly. Would highly recommend Shahzad for work and am considering using him to help us make other improvements with our network.
